Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in communication, chemical engineering, materials, mechanical and electrical engineering, 25-35 years old;
2. More than three years of experience in process management related to wire and cable industry, including cable assembly, rubber sheath cable, RF cable,
RF coaxial cable industry is preferred;
3. Proficient in cable product technology, familiar with cable product knowledge, relevant working experience in production equipment and tooling is preferred.Strong hands-on ability, can independently complete the connector assembly, cable assembly processing;
4. Familiar with the production process documentation, and solve the process and technical problems in production;
5. Active, practical, meticulous and responsible in work.Good team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills.

Design Engineer: |
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, chemical, communication, material or other related fields, 25-35 years old;
2, solid mechanical design foundation, familiar with profile processing and manufacturing process is preferred.More than 3 years experience in cable and connector design and development, more than 2 years experience in product process implementation, able to complete product design and process independently;
3. Master the knowledge of internal and external cables, familiar with the application of memory and server internal cables, proficient in AUTOCAD, OFFICE
and other software;
4. Assist the superior to make annual plans for technology, products and platforms, and provide professional advice.Cooperate with business department to provide related product sales kits, promote products and provide necessary technical support services.Organize or participate in technical seminars and regular meetings of the project team;Participate in technical discussion as required.Provide technical guidance and necessary training as required.
5. Strong coordination and communication skills, rigorous and responsible work, good team spirit;
